Wedding Policy’s:
FlowerGirls appreciates the opportunity to be a part your Special day. Our goal
is to provide you with high quality flowers and designs, as well as make every
effort to ensure that you are provided with exceptional services, and
ultimately presented with an unforgettable wedding day. In the event of fire,
natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, your liability is limited to a
full refund of all monies paid. Please note that your Wedding Deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours
in the event of your cancellation. If you change your Date we will try to Accommodate the new date with reasonable time frame.
Terms: Payments may be made in cash, check, money order, or
credit card. A $45 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Deposit / Final Payment: FlowerGirls require a 50% non-refundable
deposit to secure selected wedding date, and the Balance is due 1 mouth prior
to the wedding. Failure to make payment in full as scheduled, without prior arrangements,
flowers will not be ordered and this agreement is no longer valid, you also may
be subject to cancellation fees. Any additional purchases will be invoiced at
the time of order. If ordered after my final payment, you are responsible for
payment in full when ordered. All flowers and services must be paid in full
prior to delivery. If unexpected changes and updates occur we will make every
conceivable effort to accommodate the circumstance(s) for any add ons however
you may not subtract for cancellations of individual items after final payment
is made Flowers for those items will be utilized to upgrade the arrangements
purchased. Unfortunately with last minute changes, we cannot guarantee that my
same flowers will be available on orders made less than three (3) weeks prior
to the wedding, but will work diligently on my behalf to match my color and
style as closely as possible.
Cancellations: In the event you elect to cancel your event there
are no refunds. In the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will
be forfeited, and you may be responsible for cancellation fee.
Substitutions: FlowerGirls reserves the right to make
substitutions in the event: (1) the flowers received are not of the quality
suitable for the wedding, and (2) unavailable due to floral market influences.
In this event, FlowerGirls will work on your behalf to maintain the integrity
of the proposed color scheme, and flowers of an equivalent value will be used.
Rental: All rental items must be returned to FlowerGirls (or
Rental Company) within three (3) days of the wedding date. And there may incur
an additional fee to offset the full cost of the rented item(s) in the event
you fail to return any rentals within the specified three (3) days. If
FlowerGirls needs to make a trip to pick up any rental or “loaner” items there
may be an additional pick up fee is not charged on wedding invoice, (pick up is
not included in set up and delivery)
Photographs: All wedding flowers are photographed by
FlowerGirls prior to pick up and at venue and our posted on Social media and
our websites Wedding Gallery, as well as framed in store and include in
internal wedding publications as applicable. These pictures are all “just
flowers ext.. no faces” unless you tag or share or send/bring me a picture with
you in it. If you object to your anonymous bouquets being in our pictures
please let me know.
